CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. We (the Atlantic Fly Fishing School) have the right to cancel a class or private lesson at any time for any reason.

2. If we (The Atlantic Fly Fishing School) cancel a class or private lesson, refund will be made to those person (s) who have pre-paid.

3. A person (s) who have reserved a date are expected to pay within 10 days of making the reservation, or their reserved spot may be assigned to someone else, without further notice.

4. 10 DAY NOTICE - Person (s) who have paid and subsequently cancel will be refunded in full with notice of 10 days or more (prior to the reserved school date) to the school by mail or phone.

5. Except as stated in #6 below; notice given to the school with-in the 10 days prior period will be offered another school date only and no refund will be made.

6. 5 DAY NOTICE - Persons who cancel for a class or private lesson with-in 5 days, prior to the lesson or school date, will be charged the full amount of the registration fee. The Atlantic Fly Fishing School may offer an alternative date at the total discretion of the school.

7. No refunds will be made on GIFT CERTIFICATES.
